Dustin Khaleghi’s fascination with real estate began at a young age when he frequently visited construction sites with his parents, observing properties in development. His passion for architecture and design, fueled by his travels and educational experiences, drives him to bring homes to the market that are meticulously built as they are designed.
Having grown up immersed in the world of real estate, Dustin gained insights into community development and space transformation. He recognizes that enduring success in a changing landscape lies in well-executed design, marked by unwavering attention to detail and integrity.
Dustin’s philosophy centers around allowing the land and natural elements to guide the design and development process organically. Trancas Malibu, a project born from countless hours of study and collaboration, exemplifies this approach. Comprising of eight distinct homes, each with its unique identity, Trancas Malibu will stand as an example of how development ought to be pursued in the new contemporary environment.
As the overseer of the entire development process, Dustin handles everything from initial design conception to planning, permitting, and construction. Navigating the complexities of a project requires a team of advisors and consultants, ensuring its ultimate success.
A Los Angeles native, Dustin holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Pepperdine University.
